The former Secretary of the Committee of Diaspora Chairmen and ex-National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Scandinavia, Ayoola Lawal, has extended his condolences to the family of the late Apostle Oloruntoba Oke, former Chairman of Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government.
In a heartfelt message, Lawal described Oke’s passing as a significant loss not only to his family but also to the APC in Ifako-Ijaiye and Lagos State. He lauded Oke’s dedication to grassroots development, his commitment to the progress of Ifako-Ijaiye, and his unwavering support for the party’s ideals.
“Apostle Toba Oke was a leader who served our constituency with passion and dedication. His legacy of service and development in Ifako-Ijaiye will never be forgotten. This is a great loss to our APC family and everyone who knew him. My prayers and thoughts are with his family during this difficult time,” Lawal stated.
He also prayed for strength and comfort for the bereaved family and asked for God’s grace to grant Oke eternal rest.
